Buyer Policy

Buyer Agreement

By purchasing via Hacoco, Buyer agrees:

1. Independent Due Diligence:

Buyer acknowledges responsibility to review artwork details independently.

2. As-Is Purchase:

All artworks are purchased “as-is”.

3. Acceptance:

Funds are released upon buyer acceptance or after inspection window expiry.

4. Limited Returns:

Returns are permitted only in case of material misrepresentation, artwork damaged in transit and wrong artwork received by the buyer. All returns are subject to Hacoco review. Buyer must raise concern with Hacoco within 36 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a return and/or refund.
