Welcome to Hacoco (“Platform”), operated by Hacoco Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (“Hacoco”, “we”, “us”).

Hacoco provides a curated marketplace facilitating transactions between independent sellers and buyers of artworks. Hacoco does not buy, sell, own, or take possession of artworks listed on the Platform.

By accessing or using Hacoco, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Role

Hacoco acts solely as a marketplace facilitator. All artworks are listed by independent sellers and purchased by independent buyers. Hacoco is not a party to the sale contract between buyer and seller.

2. No Guarantees

Hacoco does not guarantee:

Authenticity of artworks
Condition of artworks
Title beyond seller representations
Future value or appreciation

All artworks are sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis.

3. No Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice

Content on the Platform does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Buyers and sellers must conduct independent due diligence.

4. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering legally binding contracts.

Hacoco reserves the right to approve or reject any user at its discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hacoco’s liability shall not exceed the fees paid to Hacoco for the relevant transaction.

Hacoco shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in India. Governing law: Indian law.

7. Termination

Hacoco may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms.

8. Changes

Hacoco may update these Terms periodically.
