Seller Policy
Seller Agreement
By listing artwork on Hacoco, Seller agrees to the following terms:
1. Ownership Representation
Seller confirms they are the lawful owner of the artwork and have full authority to sell it.
2. Authenticity Representation
Seller represents that, to their knowledge, the artwork is authentic and accurately described.
3. Documentation
Seller must provide proof of purchase, certificate of authenticity (if available), and acquisition history to best of their knowledge.
4. Image License
Seller grants Hacoco a limited, non-exclusive license to use artwork images solely for listing, marketing, and archival purposes.
Copyright remains with the artist.
5. Pricing Approval
Final listing price is subject to Hacoco approval to maintain market integrity.
6. Fees
Seller agrees to pay applicable platform commission, verification fees, and artist royalty (if applicable).
7. Indemnity (CRITICAL)
Seller agrees to indemnify Hacoco against claims arising from:
- Ownership disputes
- Authenticity challenges
- IP infringement
- Misrepresentation
8. Delivery
Seller is responsible for safe delivery of artwork to buyer or designated location.
9. Payment
Seller will be released the payment for the artwork after 15 working days provided the artwork is received and accepted by the buyer as per the buyer policy.
By listing artwork on Hacoco, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Seller Agreement.
