About the Artist
Adittee is a contemporary sculptor whose practice explores emotion, form, and feminine strength through both figurative and abstract compositions. She graduated from Delhi University in 1998 and went on to earn her BFA in Fine Arts from Khairagarh University in 2012. Her artistic training also includes studies at Triveni Kala Sangam (2003) and a specialised course in watercolour painting at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi.
Working across a wide range of materials including wax, stone, plaster of Paris, glass, metal, marble, and red stone. Adittee brings precision and sensitivity to every medium she engages with. Her sculptures are marked by fluidity of form, technical clarity, and a strong emotional presence, seamlessly balancing structure with expression.
Deeply influenced by devotion, human emotion, and the strength of the feminine form, Adittee shapes marble, bronze, wood, and other materials into evocative three-dimensional works that reflect both inner experience and universal themes. Her abstract compositions carry notable depth, while her figurative sculptures reveal a refined sense of movement and proportion.
Inspired in childhood by local artisans and potters, Adittee began her artistic journey at a young age. Today, she is recognised as a promising emerging sculptor, distinguished by her imaginative vision and confident craftsmanship, with a growing body of work that reflects both discipline and creative freedom.
